Our story began over a decade ago in Los Angeles , California . Pacific Document Signing, Inc. was founded with an uncompromising dedication to provide a loan document signing service that would reflect the excellent reputation of our clients.
Launched as a notary service, we began by developing a systematic technique to manage the crucial signing process of loan documents. Our primary service was loan document signings in the state of California . Soon our client’s needs were expanding nationwide.
As the housing market grew, we were determined to provide the same service nationwide that our clients enjoyed in California . We had to grow just as quickly, recruiting signing agents from all 50 states. We also developed our industry leading document signing “system” which streamlined the otherwise unorganized signing process from beginning to end.
Today, our company is one of the nation's largest and most trusted loan document signing services; an accomplishment earned one signing at a time. A few years ago our company expanded our services to include attorney witness only loan document signings.
