online. We may collect login information for our Signing Agents, employees, and
clients so that they can login to our system.

you view our website, we may store certain information on your computer. This information
may be in the form of a small text file called a "cookie" and can
help us to tailor our site to your individual preferences and save you time if
you visit the site again. For example, where specific programs associated with
our website requires a user ID, you have the option of requesting that we save
your user ID so that you will not have to re-enter that information the next
time you access the website. This is a function of your web browser and may be
accomplished by the placement of a cookie on your computer. Since consumers do
not login to our website, no cookies are typically utilized in regard to
consumers.

information for our Signing Agents, employees, and clients so that they can

A. PacDocSign’s website incorporates unique usernames and hashed passwords, as well as
encryption technology, to ensure maximum security.
B. All of PacDocSign’s computers and its Signing Agents’ computers utilize ISCA certified anti-virus
software.
C. PacDocSign implements a
reporting procedure for any and all security incidents.
D. PacDocSign’s Signing Agents utilize password protection, and destroy electronic files after
use.
E. PacDocSign
and its Signing Agents utilize
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protection and 128-bit or higher encryption.
F. Any automatic document conversion to
electronic form takes place on PacDocSign’s private
premises.
G. Documents requiring review for
error-checking and/or completeness by PacDocSign are
not printed, but are instead be reviewed on-screen.
H. Electronic copies of documents stored
by PacDocSign are stored in a password protected area
within PacDocSign’s server.
I. All hardcopy documents
for which disposal is required are placed in locked containers within PacDocSign’s private premises for pick-up by a NAID
certified document destruction company.
3. Non-electronic
documents
PacDocSign and its Signing Agents maintain physical and
procedural safeguards designed to protect the security of non-electronic
documents, including shredding, and procedures to protect documents in
transport.
4. Monitoring
We
conduct frequent monitoring and upkeep to ensure our security measures are
effective and up-to-date.
5. Effective
Date
This
statement is effective March 11, 2008. Pacific Document Signing, Inc. reserves
the right to alter its privacy policy. Any change to this policy will be posted
on our website in a timely manner.
